Historic Oakland Cemetery

Atlanta oldest cemetery, founded in 1850 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976. The City of Atlanta and the nonprofit Historic Oakland Foundation care for the grounds together, and guided and self-guided tours run year-round from the visitor center, which has a museum store.
